SAKOR Technologies was founded in 1987 and began as a producer of real-time control systems for other test system vendors. Following the purchase of Eltek Corporation in 1991, SAKOR entered the engine test cell market with the first PC-based engine test cell data acquisition and control system. Just a few years later, we pioneered the first stand alone automotive emissions canister conditioning system at the Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tennessee.
SAKOR has led the market since its inception by designing innovative dynamometer systems and revolutionizing data acquisition and controls technology through advanced products such as DynoLAB™ GenV. Built from the ground up as a completely new test automation controller, DynoLAB GenV utilizes state-of-the-art software and hardware to provide superior testing with an accessible user interface.
Over the years, SAKOR has pioneered the technology needed by new markets and created systems designed to solve new testing challenges. Our engineers have tailored systems to test all aspects of electric and hybrid electric vehicles, alternative energy sources, high voltage batteries, and the highly precise standards required for industrial electric motor efficiency testing… intended to greatly reduce demand for electricity and decrease worldwide carbon emissions. We are continuously evolving, building on our knowledge and regularly updating our systems to work with the latest technologies as they arise.
