SAKOR Technologies Announces It Is Providing Dynamometer System To TÜV SÜD For Testing Electric Motor Efficiency

Systems can test and verify to national and international standards

SAKOR Technologies Inc., a recognized leader in the area of high-performance dynamometer systems, announces that it has provided its Electric Motor Efficiency Testing Dynamometer system to TÜV SÜD for testing and verifying the level of efficiency of electric motors in accordance with a variety of national and international standards, including IEC 60034-2-1; IEEE 112B; Canadian standard C390-93; and IS 12615. The SAKOR units can be used to test from two to eight pole motors ranging from 10 watts to more than 3 megawatts.

Sakor Technologies Wins SCIP Grant

To Work With Michigan State University On Thermal Transient Anemometer

Improved ability to measure airflow critical to new vehicle designs

SAKOR Technologies, Inc., a recognized leader in the implementation of instrumentation products for dynamometer testing, announces that it won a highly competitive Small Company Innovation Program (SCIP) grant awarded by the Michigan Corporate Relations Network (MCRN), and will use the grant for research necessary to develop a thermal transient anemometer (TTA), a device used to measure airflow moving through a running vehicle. The research will be conducted in collaboration with Michigan State University’s Turbulent Shear Flows Laboratory.
